Gregg served on the Board of Directors of Buckman Laboratories since 2020, a global specialty chemicals company that pioneered digital services innovation. Gregg held roles including Board Chair, Chair of the Executive and Risk Committees, and Audit Committee member, while Buckman delivered record levels of growth, profitability, and innovation. Buckman Laboratories was acquired by Pritzker Private Capital in 2025. Previously, Gregg served as a Senior Strategy Consulting Partner at Ernst & Young, leading M&A, growth, and organization design projects across Technology, Telecommunications, Media, and Industrials. Gregg holds an MBA from The Wharton School, and has earned Board Director Certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
